2nd Arizona International Female Ride Day Celebration

By Press release

May 7, 2016, is the International Female Ride Day celebration. This marks the tenth year for the event across the world. Arizona riders will come together for the second year to participate as a cooperative group. Diva Amy Skaling and Valerie Thompson orchestrated bringing together all major motorcycle dealerships in Arizona, including Harley-Davidson locations. Over 300 people attended last year and a great time was had by all. Each dealership will host their group, and organize a ride to end up at Roadhouse, 6900 E. Cave Creek Rd., Cave Creek, AZ for the huge celebration, lunch, and raffle. The hosting dealerships are signing up riders now and treating their groups to a free lunch and a raffle ticket to win a $300 retail value basket. The event theme color is turquoise, representing Arizona.

“As a woman who rides both for fun and professionally, I take great pride in seeing more ladies taking an interest in riding motorcycles. I can’t wait for another year to connect the ladies together and share their passion of riding,” says Valerie Thompson.

“We welcome all women on two, three, or four wheels with or without their men to celebrate and honor the day. Join us and celebrate our love of riding,” says Diva Amy. “See you there!”
