Motorcycle going downhill

Season’s Greetings!

Motorcycle going downhill

It’s that time of the year when our thoughts turn to holidays, family get-togethers, and aspirations for a new year ahead. Gratefully, the regular barrage of emails has slowed, and we’re now putting the finishing touches on our January issue. We’ll be sending copies to subscribers at the end of this month, and our digital edition will launch on January 4, 2022.

We’re looking ahead to another fun year of bringing you interesting and entertaining stories about the American V-Twin community. We’ll deliver quality coverage of the biggest and best bike rallies, feature stories about people and machines that make motorcycles special, and news and product info to keep you up to date with new developments.

We’re happy to report that Harley-Davidson is retailing plenty of new rides, and the MoCo’s new liquid-cooled bikes are selling faster than anticipated. The Pan America is the bestselling adventure bike in America, according to Harley, and the new Sportster S (tested and compared in our January issue with Indian’s FTR and Scout Bobber) is reportedly in short supply at dealers.

Meanwhile, Indian Motorcycle says its new Chief line is selling well, and the newish liquid-cooled Challenger bagger continues to make inroads in a market underpinned by air-cooled machines.

So, as we wind down 2021, we’re going into 2022 with a big handful of throttle as we close in on our 30th anniversary! To our subscribers, we’re grateful to have you riding alongside us!

To the rest of you, please do us the favor of subscribing to one of the only motorcycle magazines that continues to be published 12 times a year. It’s hand-crafted for you right here in the USA, so we encourage you to support American products. Subscribe here.

The Thunder Press team sends out our best wishes for a happy holiday season and a joyful New Year!
